motion sensor: Drop down: "discovered devices room" never shows

When I reset it, finds and includes it in my WIFI just fine, but the Drop down box NEVER appears to assign it a room. Refresh, upgrade, down grade, login logout cloud, reset, router, change router O MY GOD, these thing are a constant fight. All the other shelly products work on install. I only use the android app to install and control.
