What momentary / normally open / push button 1 or 2-gang wall switches do you use in Germany? I have Shelly Dimmer2 modules that don't work well with standard toggle switches (lights turn on and off randomly when set to edge detect) and I would like to use proper momentary switches.
I'm having a hard time (because I don't speak German) to figure out what's a push button switch vs rocker switches that latch on press. Ideally, it is also shallow enough to leave room for a Shelly in a 6 cm round junction box but I'm fine with installing a new box below to fit the Shelly if necessary (some of my junction boxes have a lot of cables going through them).
Here is what I found so far that I think are true momentary push button switches.
- 1-gang: Kopp 651302067 (datasheet)
- 1-gang: Busch-Jaeger 2020US
- 1-gang: Kopp 650676082
- 1-gang: GIRA 015600
- 1-gang: Jung Button 533U
- 2-gang: Jung 535U (datasheet)
I am also considering this momentary roller control instead since it is normally open and has intuitive up/down buttons: JAROLIFT Design Wipptaster Typ 2
Examples of what I don't want are these rocker switches that appear momentary because the button resets to the upright position but internally the switch is latching.
- 1-gang: Gira 012603
- 1-gang: Gira 012627
- 2-gang: GIRA 2860201
- 2-gang: Gira 012503
In my search I even found this fun 2-gang switch where the left rocker is a switch and right rocker is a button Gira 013900 .
Danke
