I was trying to set up shelly uni today, after connecting it to my local wifi hotspot, upon opening the web interface, I went to firmware update, and updated to the latest version (it seemed like it was released today). Now whenever it turns on I get the webpage but the time is not shown, and if I click on any section (settings/ internet and security ... etc) the device freezes, and nothing happens.
I tried factory reset two times with no success.
I looked online to find the older firmware to flash it using the gpios but couldn't find it.
My main question is this:
Where do I find older versions of firmware?
But also I have another question, a more philosophical one:
Why are companies so eager to push updates that wreck devices for customers, instead of testing all aspects of the update and only publishing it if it is bringing value to customers? Why do y'all insist that WE, the customers, test whatever garbage your software developers are feeling like committing on any given day? Why do you make our lives more difficult by forcing us to do a work that you were supposed to do in the first place?
