Is there a way to get push notifications on IOS app when a device goes off line? Or even a way to get an email when the device goes off line.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,
good idea, but how should it work?
Currently ther is no monitoring-feature like this part of the app.
If a device is offline this device is not able to send anything around the world.
Maybe your WLAN-router is monitoring your devices and able to send the notification.
If you configure your Shelly working in MQTT-mode there is a possibility use the LWT-feature (Last Will And Testament) for a message. But therefor you have to run it with a MQTT-broker.
Or you can use something like the ping-adapter in ioBroker to make checks at regular intervals.
I guess the cloud would have to ping the devices and if no response then alert the user. I had a Devolo Home hub and it would email me to say if it went off line.
That may put a lot of extra load on the cloud if done too frequently and across many devices.
I have one Duo RGBW that drops off the network and was trying to establish the frequency and any pattern.
