If I set an authentication password in the Shelly Web UI then the Shelly app can't add or control the 4PM Pro anymore, but the Web UI works fine. Clear the password and everything works fine in the app and Web UI.
Is there a default username that I'm missing? I can't specify a username in the WebUI.
