Hi guys.
My idea is in the scheme attached: to control a 2.1 KW load (9.15 A) with 1PM, connected to a 5A switch. Will it work? Or the 2.1 KW will fry my 5A switch?
thanks
Francesco

The 5A switch isn’t affected by the current to the 2kW load, cause it is connected with the SW input of the Shelly. Very small current is flowing at this terminal.

Thanks for your prompt reply! Just to be curious, what's that current value?
Although it’s a little bit frowned upon acting with current values in this marvellous forum: You asked for it and you should get an answer! Watch out: a tininess of 34μA is sufficient to activate the Shelly. Driven by about 3V, this small current flows from terminal SW to terminal L. Between both terminals should a switch be placed.
