ShellyEM - intermittent readings

Hi,

I have just installed my brand new EM with 120A clamp connected to CH1. I am running the latest firmware. I am able to connect to EM web interface fine but I have noticed that the readings are very intermittent. Some times it will sit on the same values for very long time. From time to time the CH2 starts showing negative values.

I have done multiple resets to factory default but it is always the same.

I have no idea what to do next?

Just to update this thread - I checked my EM this morning and it was dead - wifi light was out and cold when touched. Checked power supply and that was fine. Re-connected and tried to reset it using the reset button - all to no avail. I guess I will be sending it all back.
