Wifi Connection down

    I install the shelly em yesterday.

    At first everything was fine, but in 1 hour it disconnected from the wifi. I checked through the router.

    I restarted it by removing the power.

    Tonight it has been working, but a while ago it lost connection with the router again

    The router is an ASUS AX82. The signal is correct.

    The 5ghz and 2.4 wifi go together in the same signal.

    Could this be the error?

    Hi ! Go to settings - DEVICE INFO and check WIFI RSSI value when its connected.

    If this value is higher than -80 dBm you might need to improve wifi coverage by adjusting your router or in any other way make the signal better.

    The 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz will never overlap so that should not be a problem.

    II have tried with another router of 2.4 more distant and it seems not to give problem.
