Hi everyone,
I'm very new to Shelly or anything smart home related.
I have a Shelly 2.5, already wired behind the switch, connected to wifi and added to the app without any issues.
I am trying to control my venetian blinds with them. The switch has two separate momentary push buttons (up & down, long push needed).
My issue is that when I click the down button in the app, the blinds go down for a few cms and then stop. Pressing again on the down button doesn't do anything except clicking sounds in the switch.
The blinds were 100% open when I installed Shelly. Pressing up opens them fully again. The manual switch does the same now - goes down for a few cm and stops. Calibrating does the same - down for a few cm then back up. It's like it thinks that after those few cm it is 100% down.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I tried changing the operation mode and button types but the behaviour hasn't changed.
Thank you!
