Unable to reset, no wifi broadcast.

    Hello and thanks for having me on this forum.

    I've just connected up a Shelly Plus1PM and had it working correctly in the cloud. I then tried to connect it to a second wifi point and it hung, allowing me to go no further. Ok, no problem, I'll just reset it I thought and start again.

    Well I've tried the reset procedure several times (turn off, then power off and on five times) and the Shelly fails to broadcast it's wireless SSID. I tried talking to it nicely and harshly, either tone made no difference. Is there any other way to reset the Shelly Plus1PM? TIA.

    Not sure you did it properly: the first "turn off" is meant to turn of and on the breaker, so the device is temprary without power.
    Then (within a minute) turn on/off via the connected switch.
