Pending Connection

I have 2 Plug S, where after reset, and i try to connect them to my Shelly App, it says Pending connection.. When i press, go back or exit, the pending go away, but i cant connect to my shelly.

Any ideas?

Do you have a six digit device id? If yes you should reset your shelly with the url http://<shellyip>/longifyid

You have entirely to reconfigure your device.

Also what is your FW-Version?
