Shelly H&T upgraded no more wifi

Im new to shelly, ordered a H&T but adding this using a iphone was no succes. After finally adding the device to the shelly ios app it keeps saying pending connection.

So i logged in the web gui and saw it still had fw 20210710-130145/v1.11.0-g12a9327-master on it and thought maybe thats the problem. Did an offline fw update to v1.9.4 usting a python webserver and gives {"status":"updating","has_update":false,"new_version":"","old_version":"20210710-130145/v1.11.0-g12a9327-master"}

Since the upgrade i cant see the wifi shellyht-0248d3 broadcasting anymore. Tried Factory default but no luck.

Is there a way to get this working again or flash back / unbrick it?

66er what do you mean with wake up.

Pressing the button doesnt do anything also the fast red or slow blinking of the red LED light doesnt do anything in showing the wifi ap name of the shelly.

I tried anything but no luck. Out of the box no pairing to an iphone didn't work, then upgrading the firmware to see if that helps no luck..

My first shelly experience is bad.
