I have a Shelly 4 Pro with only three channels in use (forth not connected yet). It works for most of the time (all features) however most recently I have noticed randomly the device just stops responding on the network (connected via wifi) and its not the network. If I go to the device the screen is off and none of the buttons are responsive (the up down ok buttons).
However even though the screen is off, the buttons are not responsive, it is still supplying power to the loads connected to it on the default state which is ON. I do not see a reboot/reset button on the device so I am assuming I will have to power the device off and then back on (havent done this yet as its running some of my critical loads in the house).
The default load its running on the three channels (this data is over about 5 months)
Average / 5 months data
Channel 1 - 300W - 1.5amps
Channel 2 - 400W - 2amps
Channel 3 - 150W - 0.6amps
The device has the latest firmware as of Monday this week (8/8/2022)
Like I said the device is still providing power to the circuits but I cannot interface with it. Any ideas?
