GU10 RGBW bulb does not fully turn off

Hello, I have a GU10 RGBW bulb that remains dimly lit after sending a power-off command. I've tried factory resetting the bulb and resetting the circuit. Attached is a log from the bulb after executing power-on and power-off commands. The log also include the device id and software version number.
