Does the Shelly Pro 1 (or other shelly) ned power to have it's access point running?

My Shelly Pro 1 is connected to LAN and I have set it's AP on to get wifi for a Shelly 1PM with Temp.Addon.

Will the Ap still be working if the power on Shelly Pro 1 is Off?

Will the Ap still be working if I cut of all power to the Shelly Pro 1? Not only power on/off, but in the fuse box.
