Behaviour after power loss - how to set the individual channels?

Hi Plus 2 people, I have looked through the configuration pages and wonder where or if I can set how I prefer each channel to act after a mains power failure?

Via app you go to settings-> settings-> action on power on to make the setting. If you access via the WebUi, you can also find this option under Settings, but first you have to press on the corresponding channel.

Thank you. I needed to go a couple of more steps, for clarity:

On my mobile app; [Settings], [Settings], [Input/Output Settings], under title Set relay power on default to set the wanted behaviour.
