Control a shelly 1pm gen1 with shelly plus h&t

Hello,

I want to turn on a shelly 1pm with a shelly plus H&T when the humidity is >70% and turn of when the humidity is < 70%.

But I only can use webhooks. Is that possible and are there examples available. (webhooks are new for me).
