3EM - Connection in AccessPoint mode

  • Hello,

    I bought my 1st shelly 3EM and installed it. I tried to connect it to the cloud via the app but it doesn't work. I see the wifi network generated by the shelly but the app returns the following message: "Could not connect to device shellyem3-....".

    I tried to connect directly to the shelly via the WebUI but the interface does not load. I am connected to the shelly and I only see the raw data of the 3 phases. The connection and installation seems to work. So I have the connection

    connection, but not the graphic interface.

    I tried to reset the shelly, but nothing seems to happen when I hold the button for 10 seconds. The shelly keeps blinking at the same frequency. I also tried to turn off the shelly's power and turn it back on, but it doesn't change anything.

    Is there any other way to reset the shelly?

  • Device is apparently still in Factory Test Mode. Here's a guide on how it might work:

    I just don't know if it also works with the 3EM. If not, you should open a ticket with support.

    Seit Anfang 2024 ist HomeAssistant mit am Start. Was Shelly Cloud nicht kann, bzw. Lokal gesteuert werden soll, übernimmt da übergeordnete System.
