How does the physical switch work?

    Good morning,

    I am trying to understand how connecting a physical switch to a Shelly 1PM Plus works. If the physical switch has an ON and an OFF position, what will happen if the physical switch is in ON and I switch the device OFF via the app? Or vice versa, if the physical switch is OFF and I switch the device ON in the app?

    Thanks, works great, with Switch Mode="Switch" and Relay Type="Flip" it works exactly like I want it to. I can switch the device with either the app and the physical switch. And regardless of the physical switch position, a movement of the physical switch will either switch the lamp on or off depending on its current state.

    1. Button
    2. Switch

    Relay type:

    1. Follow
    2. Toggle
    3. Momentary
    4. Flip

    So yes you can do like asked. But it‘s preffered to Change switches to Buttons
