Plus 1PM Device to Device Communication

Just purchased a pair of Shelly Plus 1PM devices, I have an application that I need some advise on scripting

My application is as follows,

1PM-1 monitoring wattage,

If 1PM-1 Watts > 500 then

1PM-2 Turns on

Else if 1PM-2 Watts < 200 then

1PM-2 Turns off

I don't know if device to device communication is possible

any help is appreciated
