Hey Shelly guys!!!
I connect the Shelly dimmer 2 with dimmable led tape and the lighting does not dimming . It flashes when the brightness reaches below 50% and the relay sounds loudly until it appears in the application that the device has raised temperatures and must be switched off!!! 
Would you please give us type and manufacturer of the LED strip and the power supply?

Issue is the CV power supply, which is not dimmable:

Even a Shelly RGBW2, which is working at the secondary (low voltage) side of the power supply doesn’t help: Obviously, the strip consumes too much power and would overload the RGBW2. Sorry…
Addendum: Assuming you‘re using this strip:

we need to know how long the strip is. If it is a 5 meter strip, power consumption would be about 75W (one channel), which doesn’t correspond with the max. power of 45 W per channel of an Shelly RGBW2 with 12V supply.

The shelly bypass component that can be used?
Also, now I notice that in my application it shows that it is offline. I've reset it I'm trying to reconnect it to the cloud and nothing changes…
