Hello I have a Shelly EM and I'm using a LED light as a load for test purposes. I have a problem in that the power is not being shown (it's always 0) and therefore the power factor also equals 0.
What could be the reason for this, or is the reason that the LED light is too 'weak' (it's a 50 W LED).
I also have another problem. The value of the voltage is being shown to me, but the voltage graph isn't being drawn. What could be the reason for this error?

Could you please provide some screenshots showing the faulty data and a sketch how you did install the Shelly EM and its current clamp?

That wont work you only measure the shelly EM. You have to put the clamp on the left live wire or right to your bulb

Unfortunately, the current to the lamp doesn’t flow through the current clamp! Only the (very small) current to supply the Shelly is measured. Pleas arrange the current clamp at the red wire leading to the lamp! Here’s a diagram to connect the Shelly EM correctly:

A bit more complicated due to the contactor used. But the contactor may be omitted…
Second issue: The graphs for Voltage and Power are stored in the cloud. Hence, it is shown after an hour accumulated data available.
