Hi all, I am a recent owner of these fantastic devices.
I'm having a problem after installation. If I control the roller shutter from the app everything works normally but if I try to control it from the physical switch (Bticino Matix AM5052) I have anomalous behaviour.

1st test config
The device settings are this:
Device Profile: Cover
Input Type: Button
Control Button Mode: Dual
App all ok.
With roller shutter full up if i press the phisical button down the shutter go down but to stop it i have to put the physical button in neutral position and than again press down. Same thing if I have to lift it from the physical key. Sometimes happens that as soon as I press the physical button, the rolling shutter moves and then stops immediately, so I have to put it back in the neutral position and then press up or down again.

With roller shutter full up if i press the physical button down than it start to go down and it stop when i put the physical button in neutral position, and if i presso the up switch the roller shutter go up, but in some case occur that it start to move and than stop immediately... this occures in both up and down.. Sometimes happens that as soon as I press the physical button, the rolling shutter moves and then stops immediately, so I have to put it back in the neutral position and then press up or down again.
I think this is the right configuration but i still have the instant stop bug. 
Any idea?!?
