Very unstable with connected devices

  • what's going on with cloud services. from shelly because my devices are now online, now they are offline in the next minute. I've intermittence since 12:30 pm (2023-05-05), now they're online and then seconds later they're offline (via app or via browser). However, if i directly access each shelly via ip address it is online and working.

    Shelly's affected:

    in terms of wifi, it was always working very well without any problem in a mesh hybrid network (2.4Ghz + 5Ghz with the same SSID). After reading some comments that there could be a problem with hybrid networks, I created a separate SSID on the 2.4Ghz network and connected all devices to that network. The problems continued

    I write a post on shelly's support page on facebook and there are already users with the same problem. I'm in Portugal, but other user from other countrys have the same problem

    PS: on 2023-05-04 I've updated all my shelly's to the latested firmware version.

  • I think I have found where the problem is, in the NEW firmware v1.13. It was after upgrading all my devices that the problems started. So, and as I don't see any concrete response from shelly, I decided to test and downgrade the firmware to previous versions, which I indicate below:

    - Shelly 1: v1.12.1-ga9117d3

    - Shelly 1PM: v1.12.1-1PM-fix-g2821131

    - Shelly EM: v1.12.1-ga9117d3

    - Shelly PlugS: v1.12.2-g32055ee

    - Shelly H&T: v1.12.1-ga9117d3

    - Shelly H&T Plus: v1.12.1-ga9117d3

    PS: attention, this is my experience/conclusion and it worked. It could have been a coincidence and Shelly solved the problem and I'm thinking it was this procedure. For other cases it might not work so I can't be responsible for that.

    UPDATE: almost 2 hours after performing this procedure, everything is normal and working.
