Can the Shelley pro 1PM be installed in the wall switch and used safely for a 3kw Immersion Heater? I want to both control and monitor the energy usage. Documentation states that the plus 1PM is safe to use on circuits up to 3.5kW, but searches elsewhere state that it will overheat and burn when used on high wattage appliances.
