Shelly Em not working [returned device]

My 8 months old Shelly EM is not returning any Kwh or V and the json returned by the "status" endpoint looks like this:

In both emeters "is_valid" is False, so is it dead? any way to fix it? a factory reset , a downgrade of firmware or using other power supply did not work.

Really sad that it did not last a year.

With the clamps disconnected, the volts between P1/P1+ and P2/P2+ is 0V , so it looks like there is no power in the clamp pins.

Anyway to get the shelly alive again?

Is this also normal?

dev-prototype ??? I saw other shelly em's showing the manufacture date.

This is ok and no sign of a faulty Shelly! Would it be possible to measure the resistance between P1+ and P1-, respectively P2+ and P2-? Meter should read 10 Ohms...

Pay attention, please! Ohms measurement with detached Shelly only!
