trigger HTTP command from device

Hi All,

I'm trying to trigger a http command from the device if the state of the relay changes.

In the App I select the device from there in the menu I/O Actions then add... I set an "action name", the "active time" but under "When" it only shows "undefined" "No matched options", and I can add an URL, but after that I'm unable to save it...

What am I missing or doing wrong here...
