No updates after 0.13.0

Hi everyone!

Recently, I've bought 3 shelly plus 1pm devices and they all share the same problem - they do no update - and thus are stuck on 0.13.0. When checking in Home Assistant, it is stated that no update is available. When trying in the Shelly Cloud app, I get a message "something went wrong".

There are other Shelly plus 1PM devices that I installed a few weeks ago and they worked correctly.

As far as I understand, there is also no way to download the latest official firmware and flash it manually.

It is a rather annoying issue because on 0.13.0 sensors push frequency is just horrible, which, as far as I understood, was fixed in later releases.

I would highly appreciate any help with this problem.Thank you in advance!

Thank you for the quick reply! The device has a static IP. However, when setting up, I just entered the IP and network mask assuming that the gateway and dsns will be automatically fetched. Could this be the problem?

I also have a pinhole running but I haven't seen any blocked queries from the Shellie's.

DNS can be empty. but if you use Static IP you should add the Gateway. Best is to define Everything. PiHole always can make Problems.

You are absolutely correct, adding gateway fixed the issue.

As a side note, I think it would be beneficial if shelly could tell if it is not connected to the internet. Currently, it just tells you that your firmware is the latest if you check in the web interface.
