Problem with shelly EM - no power measurment and faulty values

Hi i recently baught two shelly EM devices and i have encauntered some problems. The wirings are all ok (i double checked them as well as the settings, firmware updated). On one of the devices from the begining i have no power measurments on both channels (i have two split core current transformers 50A attched to both of them). I can see the Voltage measurment but the power value is 0W. On the second one i had issues arount the "N" clamp (there were tiny sparks between the clamp and the board) but when i pressed the clamp it stopped - but on the device one channels is always 0W and the other one shows random values. Is there anything i can check and do ?
