I recently purchased two flood sensors and after assigning a static IP to them via the web interface and then upgrading to the latest firmware, I am unable to get either device to boot now. Below are the steps to replicate and the output from a TTL connection. I am really just looking to get these devices reloaded and have them operational. I am not afraid to reload firmware if there is a guide.
The steps to reproduce were using an android phone:
Run shelly app (the old version called "Shelly")
initially configure for WiFi
Allow setup to complete
Find IP in DHCP pool
Login on the web console
Assign static IP, GW and DNS server
Disable cloud integration
run firmware upgrade from 1.11.6 (i think this is what the original was) to latest 1.14.0 via web gui
LED light blinks quickly
LED stops
Wait 10 minutes
device never returns to network
