The new app (rel 3.32.11) is full of bugs, look with the new one from an offline device while with the old one it's ok and in fact by clicking on the button the device works...
Then even when trying to add new devices, the new one doesn't add them while the old one does...
So why do you send us to the app to use the new one when it's more or less like a beta?
