Shelly 1 PM random factory reset

    Hi everyone,

    I have a problem with one Shelly 1pm .

    Specifically, the device randomly performs a factory reset and then disconnects from my account.

    When I try to add it back to my account randomly after 1/2 hours it does a factory reset again.

    And then I have to add it back to my account.

    There is a way to solve this problem?
