Unavailable entities in the home assistant of the battery device

All mains powered devices work great in home assistant. But not battery-powered, concrete shelly motion 1 and 2. Entities (motion, temperature and battery status) say they are not available. I have the settings correctly according to the instructions, I use coiot. I'm using the official integration from Shelly. This problem exists for many people and I have not found a satisfactory solution or at least an explanation of why it is so. You can see the data in the shelly application, so why not in the home assistant?
