I am looking to connect a water turbidity sensor like this (one https://opencircuit.shop/product/gravit…sor-for-arduino) to a Shelly 1 Add-on using the analog interface of the Shelly. I have not found any information on this, and so I am wondering if this is possible at all? The sensor's analog output would be 0-4.5V and the operating current 40mA (max). So far, I read that most connect such sensors to Arduino or ESPHome, but why not the Shelly Addon? I was also wondering if one can just lengthen the 3-wire cable between the sensor and the sensor driver by soldering a cable in? Or would this affect the values of the sensor? Unfortunately, the longest jumper cable I found is 30cm which is not enough for my application (would need like 50-70 centimeters).
It would be great if you could help me with a circuit diagram. Also, I am wondering how would I be able to access the sensor's data? If this is not possible in Shelly directly I was planning on using Home Assistant for it.
