manual time zone - cound not get the time zone list! there is no internet connection!

Hi,

I disabled the cloud mode and set the time zone manually. Furthermore I activated the NTP settings and the daylight feature.

But every time I open the web interface I get following message: "Could not get the time zone list! there is no internet connection!"

The time zone list should only be downloaded when the settings will be done automatically and not in manual mode, shouldn't?
