can't reach web interface

Are you unable to access the web interface from a computer and / or a mobile browser? I've had issues with mobile browsers, but no issue from a laptop.

And you are familiar with IP addresses and know that your network is in fact on 192.168.33.x?
If not, then your problem is that your Shelly device has gotten a different IP based on your networks IP range.

You need to find the new IP it has been given (via your router or a network scanner), and use that instead
