Change of WiFi SSID

I changed my WiFi name (ssid) after replacing router. No I am not able to connect to the Shelly device. I tried with WiFi Batch Update, and also tried to add new 2.5 device in new WiFi but did not get anything.

How can I gain access to devices to connect them to new WiFi?

Eero supports 2.4 GHz. So it should not be a problem.

Nevertheless I am contacting Eero support to see if any solution / problem to connect a 2.4 GHz only device.
