shelly dimmer 2 help

hello sorry that i post it here but i dont know where i ust place this thread.

i bought 2 shelly dimmer , but my order is returing to shelly .

the adress was wrong the billing adres was oke but the shipiing adres was wrong.

and now the dont deliver and nobody from shelly is i contact with me.

dont know what to do now
