Dimmer 2 is going gradually darker

    Hello,

    I have this weird issue with one of my Shelly Dimmer 2. Everything is connected correctly but my lights are going slowly darker after lights has been on for 15-20 minutes. So i turn the lights on and it's bright and 100% like it should be but after a while its more like 60% brightness but the dimmer dashboard shows still 100%. I turn off the lights and after half an hour or so lights are back 100%.

    I use 4 Philips G10 3.8W Dimmable LED's. I have been trying to calibrate it with both options but leading edge is not even finishing so I have it calibrated with Trailing edge.

    Anyone have ideas what it could be? Bulbs? Dimmer is faulty? My connection is wrong?

    Hi, welcome to the forum. :)

    Sorry, that i see your posting just now.

    Leading edge is the right setting and it works fine at my home.

    Maybe your LEDs are not 100% compatible to the dimmer.:/Here, you find a collection of bulbs based on experiences of other users.;)

    Hi, trailing edge calibration is correct for LEDs, but have you done/checked the following already

    - Dimmer2 current in the App - what current at 100% and when the lights get darker?

    This would give you some important information!

    Otherwise:

    - complete factory reset

    - no scenes running that will change brightness or switch to night mode

    - is anything else running in this room or on this circuit, which overloads?

    - check if you have a break somewhere in the neutral line?

    - replace d2 with a shelly1 or another dimmer if you have one to check function
