I have installed a Shelly RGBW2 and have connected this to 3 LED lights. I can control the lights if I access the RGBW2 directly via it's IP address. When I try to change something in the app, i get the following error message: Could not change device state device. Can anybody help me how this can be solved? I would like to integrate the RGBW2 with Home Assistant, which is now also not working. Thanks!

Hatte das gleiche Problem. Beim Ändern des device types wird eine neue Firmware runtergeladen und ich hatte meinem Shelly keinen Internet-Zugang gewährt

I have the same problem...... but only with the Android app.....
Control from the desktop browser is good
Control from the Ipad app is good.
From the android app, if I try to switch on or off, the button spins for about 5-15 seconds and then says;
Error
Could not change device state
!
The brightness control works in that the slider moves but doesn't do anything.
If any changes (eg brightness) to the device are made from another controller, they are correctly shown on the Android app. It just can't affect any change itself.
I've removed and reinstalled the app many times.
Any ideas please?

pm1961 remove the device from cloud (all scenes deactivate and delete)
Delete it from app
Make a reset
Add it again
And normally it should now work
