I have 12 shelly 2.5 relays installed for my roller shutters. all are working fine however one of the shutter not going down its drawing watts and the motor is making strange sounds. when we disconnect the shelly and use just the switch the shutter works fine. It was working with the shelly I managed to do the calibration and the shutter was working however when I enabled Obstacle Detection Mode everything stopped working and even with the Obstacle Detection Mode disabled the shutter still not working. I factory reset the shelly 2.5 and re-configured everything but still no joy so had to switch to just the basic switch. could someone please help me out maybe someone else faced the same issues.
