Lights won't turn off after switching them off in Shelly App.

Hi Guys and Dolls,

I am kind of new here so don't be too hard on me.

I've bought a shelly dimmer 2 and installed it. I did update the firmware and calibrated the thing, but i can't manage to turn the lights off using the app. After i connected the power, the light is on and stays on.

Even when the Shelly app tells me the light it off, it actually is still 'on'. And it still a little bit dimmable, but won't go out. The only way to turn the light of is too unplug the power wire N.

Something tells me the Shelly Dimmer 2 is broken, but maybe you can help me?

what was the solution? I am facing the same problem since i updated the device to latest firmware. After every firmwareupdate, the device is getting worse and worse unfortunately.

I am running it in white mode btw, using the app as well. Not possible to switch off the lights completely, as they will always remain at ~5 % power....
This is so rediculous...

Any solution but changing to another controller?
