Error when creating alarm zones

    Hi.

    I've got 8 D/W2 sensors linked to my shelly cloud. My ultimate goal is to get a push notification when any of the sensors gets open, but only when the alarm is armed (ideally using a 2.5 rele). The 8 sensors have been correctly registered in shelly cloud and assigned to their rooms.

    The problem is when I try to add an alarm zone: First, only three of the sensors are shown in the process. Second, although it reports the alarmzone to be successfully added, none is shown.

    I have tried from the Android app, and the computer using chrome and edge.

    Any ideas?

    I've the same problem missing sensors. Right now, no one is showing when adding an alarm zone, but working properly all the time.

    I am sorry to say this, but the issue is not resolved. I have no update from the ticket I opened 15 days ago. I can understand that this issue has a low priority or no solution yet, but please, don't mark it as resolved if it's not.

    Something I've found out today. If you change the room the sensor is assigned to, it disappears from the alarmzone configuration list. So, maybe there is some relation there.

    Hi.. I had similar issues when creating scenes inside the rooms, sometimes they disappeared.

    Look at the global scenes (outside the rooms), I found there the missing scenes.
