Hi
I have a traditional gate that I can open by buzzing somebody in. I was wondering if I can use it like this? On this picture something must be wrong, Shelly never created wifi even tho it was warm... tried both input settings. any ideas?

Hi Qeeks,
are you sure that your Shelly is powered?
I mean, Shelly1 is normal in 230 voltage configuration by factory.
The most doorbells in Europe use 12 or 24 voltage.
So did you check the voltage of your system by measuring?
The wiring actually looks okay except that you’re using cables which are normally labeled for ground. But the Shelly don’t care about that. ?
I’ve changed pin for lower voltage. Maybe I broke it?
If the input voltage was too hight, it may be broken.
Did you measure the voltage with a detector?
I´ve seen that you attached a switch to your shelly, if you press the switch, does the relays do something like a click or any sound?
Have you tried to connect the Shelly to another power source like 230V ? Just to check, if shelly is really broke.
You should also check, if your bell is still working, by putting the old wires back together, just to make sure, where your trouble comes from.
You need to locate the problem!!!!
