Fan turning on with dimmer

    Hi all,

    New joiner of the forum, looking to get some advice on an issue I’m facing.

    So I’ve setup the Shelly dimmer 2 with a momentary push button switch. It’s wired with with a live terminal of the Shelly dimmer 2 to one of the two terminals on the switch. The second terminal is wired to SW1 terminal.

    I’m running a no neutral setup with a 12W led bulb. Which is connected to the Shelly output terminal. I’ve also included a Shelly bypass in parallel to the bulb.

    The neutral is chained in on the bulb and the live is chained in to the Shelly lobe terminal.

    Finally, the issue. As soon as I reach a certain level of brightness on the dimmer a fan in the toilet in the room over kicks in.

    Any ideas what might be causing this?

    Probably the wiring for the fan is the same as the lamp, no? Isn't that one of those setups of WC that a fan turns on at the same time as the lamp?

    PS:... and I think that dimmer 2 can't be used with fans.
