Cant update my H&T

  • Hey all ive just purchased my first shelly device a H&T to test on my smart home system , but im stuck at the setup phase, ive connected it to my wifi but to add to the app its saying I need to update the firmware so it will work with my device Samsung Note20 ultra , when i attempt to update via the app nothing happens, ive now tried the web ui but it seems either the update prcess doesnt start/crashes or the device goes to sleep and stops the update.

    Ive tried a factory reset and started again , ive got it on a fixed ip set in both router and device but nothing, any suggestions?
