Newbie Question on Discovered Devices

Hello - please forgive my beginner question!

I have connected the Shelly 1 and got the Inclusion was completed with check mark

I'm stuck at the next stage however

I cannot see discovered devices

In 'how to' Videos and screenshots I see that a Discovered Devices Pane is above the listed Rooms - but I don't see this Pane, only the room.

And I go to the room and try to add device to it, it does not list any discovered devices and tapping the button for 'search for new devices' does not do anything

But on my router, I can clearly see the device with an assigned IP address so it is definitely on my local network

I'm sure this is something extremely basic that I'm missing, but appreciate some direction!

p.s. I did find an announcement on excluded routers but mine is not in that list (it's a Netgear Orbi Pro mesh system)

I also tried by following this process

I assigned a static IP and the device shows up on my LAN with the IP I assigned

I can unplug and re-connect the device and the LAN will show accordingly - when re-connected to power, it again appears in my list of connected devices in my LAN

But it still will not show on my Shelly Cloud app

I tried adding by IP with the same LAN IP address, but that does not detect it either.

So it seems that my LAN has no problem connecting to the Shelly - but the Shelly Cloud app cannot see it on my LAN

I finally figured it out - did not see this listed in any of the help guides, but after hours(!!!!) of working on this ultimately found a setting in my Router "Allow employees to see each other and access my local network" and checked that and my Discovered Devices immediately appeared

Hopefully that will be of assistance to others
