Hi,
This week I tried to add my shelly devices to Google Home and Smartthings.
All of them went well, less Shelly Button 1.
Don't appear on Google Home and also on Smartthings.
Is it normal?

I experienced the same issue - Button1 failed to link up in Google Home but Shelly Vintage (G215) had no problems. I had no trouble configuring the Button with Shelly app. It confirmed connection to cloud.
Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?
Same issue here.
Button successfully linked to to the Shelly Cloud app (Android). But when following the steps to link to Google Home, the error message (after linking Shelly Smart Home in Google Home) says "No devices were found in your Shelly Smart Home account":

What setup/installation of the Button1 did I miss?
IIRC Google Home doesn't support input (Shelly Button1, Shelly I3) devices.. That's a limitation by Google, not a Shelly problem..

If that would be true (how can this statement be verified?) then that would be very disappointing, since Shelly promotes the fact that it works with Google Home and mentions no limitations whatsoever.
[edit] It should work, according the Shelly website: "..All Shelly devices are 100% compatible with Amazon Echo and Google Home.." See: https://shelly.cloud/support/compatibility/
