For a refurbishment project I will be installing 5 different roller blinds in one room (one group of 3 and one group of 2).
Each of these will have an AC motor with 4 core cable coming from a fused spur.
My plan right now is to connect each one to a Shelly2.5 device - so that I can connect them via wifi to HomeAssistant or similar system, to operate individually. So far so good, I believe. Do you think that would work, and would I be able to operate say all 5 of them in sync, to make them open and close concurrently?
Also: I want to also wire two hard-wired UP/DOWN switches: One for the group of 3 blinds, one for the other group of 2 blinds. How would I make that connection?
Just wire the control outputs from multiple Shelly2.5 devices into one switch? Would that work?
Of course all grouped motors would ideally operate in sync.
If you can propose alternative wiring, please do (e.g. using fewer shelly devices, or using some other isolating relay to group them etc).
