I'm having exactly the same problem. Status shows fine in the Shelly app but it's not updating in Home Assistant. And yes I've got bluetooth set to passive and have restarted the Shelly Plus Plug UK it's connected through.
Interestingly, illuminance and rotation DO, sometimes, update in Home Assistant, so there is some connection, but the OPEN/CLOSED status, the main one I want, does not ever seem to!
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
